Strategy
Design behavior, not only interfaces
With generative AI, cause and effect is no longer fixed: the same intent can produce different outcomes. I design the rules around that uncertainty—what the product should understand, how people can steer it, and when human judgment takes over.
Find the decision
Combine interviews, behavior, and domain evidence to identify the decision the product must support—not only the feature users ask for.
Frame the product
Align user value, business goals, system constraints, and risk. Define what deserves automation and what should remain a human choice.
Model the system
Map inputs, states, recommendations, actions, and failure paths before committing to interface details.
Prototype the behavior
Build working interactions that reveal how the product responds, then test comprehension, control, and edge cases.
Ship and learn
Partner with engineering or build directly, measure real behavior, and use the evidence to refine the experience and its underlying rules.

My path runs from user research and interaction design to product ownership and code-based delivery. I am most effective when a problem is still ambiguous: creating a shared model, making the behavior tangible, and helping the team move from an idea to something people can use.
