It combines a mobile app and a portable tracking device to help users monitor symptoms, track emotions, and gain insights for a healthier life. The system aims to improve communication with healthcare providers, empowering women to make informed decisions about their health and manage menopause more proactively.

Most women are not informed on menopausal symptoms and what measures to take.
About 2 in 3 women say there is a general lack of support and understanding.
Over 60% of women experience symptoms resulting in behaviour changes.
